Bourne's Auto Center is the first place we think of when we are looking for a car. This is our second purchase this year and we highly recommend them to our family and friends. We are treated like fa when we are looking for a car. This is our second purchase this year and we highly recommend them to our family and friends. We are treated like family and David and Shawn are great. They helped us decide on which vehicle to choose by letting us try as many cars on the lot - going back for plates and keys with a smile. Take the ride to Easton if you are looking for a used vehicle. They have a great selection and the prices are great. Financing and registration was done right on site and we were ready to bring our "new" car home. Thank you David and Shawn for making out buying experience fun, easy and memorable. More

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. They addressed a few very minor issues with the car I was purchasing and told me not to worry, they would take care of it. I just recently purchased a 2012 Mustang from Bourne's Auto and it was a wonderful experience! I'm always a little reserved about shopping for a car because around my area its mostly the stereotypical car Auto and it was a wonderful experience! I'm always a little reserved about shopping for a car because around my area its mostly the stereotypical car sales people who swarm you the moment you step out of your car and always "need to go talk to their manager" every few minutes when it comes time to buying the car. My experience at Bourne's was quite the opposite, it was the most laid back, customer-driven car buying experience I've had to date. My sales associate was David Pair and he was great, very prompt email responses to all of my questions that I had about buying the car and he was most friendly. There was a great price on the particular year/make/model that I was looking for, cheapest within 50 miles of me. Bourne's 'no-haggle' price is exactly that, no haggling needed or allowed hah. No worries though, price was great. Would recommend to all of my friends/family More

Our experience at Bourne’s was one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. My experience at Bourne's Auto was terrific, but that is not unexpected. I will not buy or service a car anywhere else. The sales process is completely no-pressure, customer service driven. The selection was well presented online and the lot was easy to manuever. We were free to browse the lot as much as we wanted and we did not have to talk to a sales associate until we were ready. They were able to answer our questions about the process of buying a used car and were good at articulating the important information. It seemed that they were understaffed at times and it could take a while for somethings. The storage facility is close and it is not a long wait for a car that is over there. More

I thought for sure that this place was going to be shady just based on how good the prices were, and boy was I wrong! Just bought an Acura MDX from this place. I watched the car for a few months online an just based on how good the prices were, and boy was I wrong! Just bought an Acura MDX from this place. I watched the car for a few months online and then jumped when the price was right. No pressure to purchase, Mat, my sales person let me go off on my own and test drive. They gave me a great price on my trade in and Shawn from financing blew my banks APR by 4 points. I called a head of time to make sure the car was on the lot, they were very responsive and I never felt like i had to do anything. I walked out on two dealers before this. They earned my respect and business. I will be sending others their way when I can. More

We saw the CR-V we liked and emailed Bourne to inquire about it. We explained we would be trading our vehicle and what we were able to afford. The whole process from test drive to loan paperwork to warranty and final bill of sale took less than 2 hours! Not bad for 5:00pm on a Tuesday night! We will be recommending this dealership to everyone we talk to. Our friend and her uncle had similar experiences at Bourne and they also recommend them. Great job, guys! Your whole facility had personable employees, and you definitely made this a pleasurable car buying experience. We'll be back! More

I just bought an Infiniti from Bourne's Auto Center today, and my salesperson was Dave Pair. Dave was very professional and very helpful, and was very willing to listen to my concerns and work with me. It explains the trophy on his desk, which proudly shows that he's sold over 2000 cars. My brief time with Shawn was also pleasant. Bourne's Auto Center is a "no hassle" and "no pressure" dealer, and they are true to their word. The vehicle I purchased was in good condition, and I was given both a really great price for the car I was buying, as well as a fair assessment value for my trade-in. Bourne's also offers solo test drives - basically, test drives without salesperson riding alongside. It shows that the dealership is built on trust, and by doing this, they show that they are willing to trust you. Great news, everyone - you can trust them, too. Good experience. More
