I had Ordered a new 2500 HDI was to take delivery and I had Ordered a new 2500 HD I was to take delivery and was bringing Gauranteed funds and was refused the MSO(title). Surest red flag to financial in I had Ordered a new 2500 HD I was to take delivery and was bringing Gauranteed funds and was refused the MSO(title). Surest red flag to financial instability when the title is withheld on a cash deal. Basically the dealer is using my money to float on for 2 weeks by not paying GM for the truck. I declined as I viewed it as a liability on my part so I didn’t purchase the vehicle More
