Had an oil change and tire rotation in preparation for a trip. After returning home I found an oil leak on the driveway. Returned to dealership and requested a check to find leak. Was told the leak was my a trip. After returning home I found an oil leak on the driveway. Returned to dealership and requested a check to find leak. Was told the leak was my air conditioner condensation however I told the advisor I knew the difference between water and oil several times.. After a spirited discussion the car was put on the lift and a leak was found. The whole situation can have been avoided if the car had been put on the lift to start with like I requested rather than just looked at in the service aisle. Thankfully the service manager got involved and the situation was resolved. Service manager went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. My thanks to him. More

We have bought our last three vehicles from Donovan. Each experience has been superb. Everyone is very friendly and helpful without pressure . He takes the time to demonstrate and discuss new features to the vehicle, so you drive off knowing all that the vehicle offers. Bruce also helped direct us through our car search and is always very helpful and friendly. The Finance department was clear and upfront, which made the purchase easy. The trade in process was simple, we had zero complaints. The new vehicle was spotless and the gas tank was full when we drove it off the lot. Overall, everyone at Donovan’s was professional and top-notch. Highly recommend! More
