Tire still losing air pressure and 4 hour wait time First bad experience. No record of our additional services (hassel with service manger). Tire not fixed, it still goes flat. Oil change was good, but First bad experience. No record of our additional services (hassel with service manger). Tire not fixed, it still goes flat. Oil change was good, but 4 hour wait time seemed excessive. We drive 45 minutes to dealership so is not convenient to bring vehicle back in, much less wait another 4 hours for service redo. More

The place to go for a stress free vehicle purchase Car buying has always been something I dread and I'm sure I'm not alone. And dealing with the hard sell of a deceitful car salesman is something I've Car buying has always been something I dread and I'm sure I'm not alone. And dealing with the hard sell of a deceitful car salesman is something I've been through more times that I care to admit. So, going into this one, I was prepared for all the usual tactics - the long wait times while the salesman "talked to his manager" over price knowing they weren't about to discount anything, my car keys being held hostage while I was badgered into submission, the unwillingness to move on price more than a few hundred dollars, etc. etc. At Phil Long of Denver, however, I was met with respect, courteousness and accommodation. They possessed knowledge about the vehicle beyond that of even my local dealerships. If not for the intuitiveness of the sales manager, I would not have considered the vehicle I ultimately purchased as I was unaware of a nuance of a specific option I considered a deal breaker. My local dealer never offered a solution to this despite repeated visits. The ease of negotiation and respect I was shown (especially being a woman) was refreshing. I was not pressured, I was not conned, I was shown all documentation I requested, all my questions were answered with patience (and there were a LOT of questions) and I was even allowed to take the used vehicle home with no strings attached for a thorough inspection on my own time. It was friendly, casual and non-threatening. I received a price I could live with with little effort and short wait times and any concerns or questions I had were met promptly with attentiveness and a smile. I could not be happier with my vehicle, the price I paid for it, the service that was provided and the attention to detail that was offered. I felt like I was important and that my business mattered. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. I especially recommend Robert as your salesman and Shawn as the manager of choice to work with (pre-owned car department). If you're looking for an easy and pleasurable car buying experience with fair pricing and quality vehicles, Phil Long of Denver is the place to go. More

Got what i wanted Phil long ford had the car i wanted. They were very fair with me. Gave me a very nice trade in value on my car,,,, had to haggle for a day or so.. Best experience ever I had called, and spoken to just about every car dealership that was within a 30 mile radius. Not only did this place have my dream car, it also had t I had called, and spoken to just about every car dealership that was within a 30 mile radius. Not only did this place have my dream car, it also had the best discount. I had spent days on the web and looking up local places looking at cars, and they had the one I wanted with a upgrade that didn’t cost me much because of hail damage that you could not even really see. I am so happy for my new car that I got everything and more that can take me to base to base that is safe with space for my kiddos. David Wilson was the most patience, and warm smile made me feel right at home. He spent the perfect amount of time with me, not too much, but enough to really get straight to the dirty details and work numbers type. Shawn Sancil and James Lee were also exceeding helpful with me as well. I got help with a better load than the one I had gotten with USAA. Also, a much better warranty for cheaper. Furthermore, this deal being the cheaper route as well as the upgrade it was the best value I could have imagine. I would highly recommend this place. They even tried to feed me and kept asking if I wanted something to drink, granted I didn’t take anything because I didn’t want anything. This place is going to be one I will come back for my second vehicle, and taking everyone I know. Amazing customer service. More

They went above and beyond in service and warranty. Sylas did a great job of finding the vehicle I wanted and more importantly he stayed in contact with me every step of the way. James in finance, a top notch professional, made sure everything was in line and covered beyond your normal warranty. A great car buying experience! We will definitely be going to Phil Long Ford for our future vehicle needs. More

He did not just follow up, he followed through. We will be returning to Sylas and Phil Long Ford for all of our vehicle needs. The entire team there was fantastic including James Lee in finance who put the icing on the cake and made me feel so confident with the impressive extended warranty coverage and affordable price. Awesome sales person! Truck is a lemon! The sales person was great to work with. Had a great experience. My F-350, however, has had nothing but problems. I have had it less than 4 months and The sales person was great to work with. Had a great experience. My F-350, however, has had nothing but problems. I have had it less than 4 months and driven about 1600 miles. First, it has electrical issues. The drivers seat keeps moving itself forward and the stereo changes modes randomly while im driving. The shocks are bad and will need replacing. The check engine light has come on two different times and had to bring it in for service. Both times, it took 2-3 days just to find out what was wrong with it because the "diesel" service tech was not in when my appointment was scheduled. Fortunately, I paid for the extended warranty so it only cost me my deductable to get it fixed, but it was incredibly frustrating considering I only had it a couple of months. I wrote a letter to Phil Long about possibly changing into another vehicle, but they simply offered to trade it back in. I will simply have to live with my mistake I guess. More
