We have bought 6 new Kia’s from Wesley Chapel Kia in the last two years, all with the able assistance of Travis Beale. In our latest purchase, I texted Travis on a Wednesday afternoon asking if a Telluride last two years, all with the able assistance of Travis Beale. In our latest purchase, I texted Travis on a Wednesday afternoon asking if a Telluride that was showing on their website was actually available. Travis checked and advised me that it was actually in stock, but it was the only new Telluride they had in stock. This is when I learned Travis had answered my text, even though he was on his day off and was not actually at the dealership. I advised him that we would check back with him on Friday when he was back at work but he told me that this Telluride would most likely be sold by then. He said if we were interested in it, he would come to the dealership right away to insure we could get it processed before someone else grabbed it. Given that this was the third Telluride we were about the purchase from Wesley Chapel Kia and Travis, his Finance Manager Chris Stineman and Manager Dave Currier put together the deal over the phone. We arrived at the dealership about 3 hours after calling Travis to first check on the availability of this Telluride and our new Telluride was sitting at the front door washed and ready fro us to sign the paperwork. In addition to our three Tellurides, we have purchased three Souls from Wesley Chapel Kia and each transaction has been as smooth as possible. These guys are just great to deal with and it has always been a pleasure dealing with them on both our trade-in vehicle and our new purchase.
