When I retired, my wife and I found that we did not need two vehicles any longer. We had purchased a 2020 Kia Soul Turbo GT Line from Wesley Chapel Kia and decided that was the vehicle we were interested in two vehicles any longer. We had purchased a 2020 Kia Soul Turbo GT Line from Wesley Chapel Kia and decided that was the vehicle we were interested in selling, since our other vehicle is a 2021 Kia Telluride. I first checked with Carvana and CarMax to see what they would give us for the Soul. My wife then suggested I check with Wesley Chapel Kia to see if they would buy it from us. I met with Shawn Visconti at Wesley Chapel Kia and he offered to buy it back for $1800 more than the best offer we got from the other companies. He said he wanted to keep us as customers and wanted us to be satisfied, which we are. Shawn has also stepped in and sped up the process of our getting a refund on unused warranties when things were moving slowly. We have purchased four Kias from Wesley Chapel Kia in the last 18 months (2 Souls/2 Tellurides) and Shawn Visconti, along with our salesman Travis Beale and Floor Manager Dave Currier are why we are loyal to this dealership. They get it done and their follow up is top notch! More
