The people are very polite at this dealership. The have a playground that my kids used on paperwork day which was great. The only not so great thing that happened was that I was told they would be able to match another Chevy dealers price by 500 on the vehicle I was purchasing and they did not honor that. I was still given the lowest price possible for the model I purchased. Shawna was great to work with. I felt very comfortable test driving the car with her and asking all the questions I had when first looking into my now already purchased car. Again, very polite and kind people from all departments.
