I was told my fleet vehicle would be ready for pickup on a Sunday by Shae, then he went on vacation and when I drove an hour to the dealership to get the vehicle, I was told they did not know I was coming a a Sunday by Shae, then he went on vacation and when I drove an hour to the dealership to get the vehicle, I was told they did not know I was coming and the car was not ready. The first sales rep was very dismissive and made it seem like it was my problem, not his. 1 star for him, but i didn’t catch his name. The sales manager overheard the discussion and helped arrange delivery of the vehicle for another day, which is why I ended up giving 3 stars. Shae was very professional and extremely apologetic when I let him know of my frustration. More

Shea Patterson was a great sales rep for me when I went in and bought my car. As for the dealership everything seemed great as it labels its vehicles as “Subaru certified”, but when I got home (2 hours awa in and bought my car. As for the dealership everything seemed great as it labels its vehicles as “Subaru certified”, but when I got home (2 hours away) I looked under the hood to familiarize myself with my new car and saw that the coolant was totally empty, bone dry even. I felt lucky that on my multiple hours trip home nothing went wrong with the engine overheating as it was 80-90 degrees outside. This should have been one of the first and simplest things done when the pre-sale certification check happened. However, even though I was told touch up paint, a spare key, car owner manual and a state tax reimbursement check would be sent to me, weeks went by with no updates on anything supposedly sent, and Shea stopped responding to both my own and my mothers emails and still has since not responded. Multiple times we have called and spoken to others at the dealership so we could get a hold on these things I needed for my car, finally getting through after weeks to have a check overnighted to me so I could register my car within the legal time frame of my temp plate they gave me. I received the manual and paint days later, but now they are saying they don’t know where the spare key is and they’ll have to figure out how to make a copy for me and they’d update me, but after 3 days still have not updated me nor have they responded to emails and phone messages left. They started off strong on the day of purchase, but quickly fell flat and have made this process more difficult and frustrating than it needed to be. More

This dealership is well over an hour from my home. There are 3 dealers much closer but my trip to Granite was very much well worth the extra time and effort! Mike, Shea and the sales team as well as the lease delivery team proved to be warm , courteous and very willing to assure that you are fully comfortable and prepared to drive your new Subaru home with a smile! My experience with GM/Chevy corporate lease pales in comparison, in fact I would say Chevy misses the mark by a long shot. Chevy had the habit of handing me the keys and pointing to the car in the parking lot…..”it’s over there”. That was the extent of their “customer service and introduction to a new vehicle”. I am very happy with my new Forester and quite surprised how will equipped it is for a corporate lease vehicle. I am most likely going to purchase it for personal use after the corporate lease expires. What a fun little jeepy station wagon that is well appointed……even an oversized sunroof and serious load bearing roof rails. I plan to throw my canoe up there and head off fishing soon!
