Unrecognizable bad service, not the same as before, wouldn’t recommend. Before booking an appointment I asked how much time it would take to fix drivers seat, updates to software recalls and rotate wouldn’t recommend. Before booking an appointment I asked how much time it would take to fix drivers seat, updates to software recalls and rotate my tires as part of my maintenance plan cause I needed a ride and what options they offered. The guy said my plan covered a rental because it would take so much time to do all that work. When I got there the woman told me in a very dismissive way that no rentals for that type of work would ever be offered. So I left and rebooked another appointment next day. That day I was told that tire rotation was still pending on my plan and they would let me know when the car was ready, they never did, texted twice and no one responded. Got in an Lyft since I live 30+ minutes away and my son was able to get there before me cause traffic, and was told I needed to pay for the tire rotation for them to release the car to him. He explained how we were told that was still available on my plan but they wouldn’t believed him. I was still on my way mad as xxxx because of all at this point mistreatment so he shared this to them and then the manager said something like “it is what it is” and not to pay the service (that was included in the plan) just to not deal with me. So, my review is worst service ever from this dealer that I had done business with to change the oil and other stuff. My plan even covers car wash and not a single drop or effort to clean it. I wonder if management changed cause it’s very much noticed in the way the service has declined. More
