I have times where it took 3 hrs just to say they have parts on order and of the flip side where the work was done in 1/2 the time estimated. Although I own 2 KIAs i would not recommend people to buy a KIA, due to the poor quality materials used( paint, plastics and rubbers and their resistance to cover material defects under warranty eventhough they are clearly defective. I also find the prices you charge for common services and repairs to be escessive. Greenway Kia is the first dealer that I actively avoid if possible. I also understand that some of my frustration is to Kia's lack of waranty support and not necessisarily Greenways fault. More
