I started selling cars at Brent Brown in the winter of 2012, I moved on to sales team leader on to floor manager. I was promoted to sales manager and then to finance manager. My wife and I have 2 boys and 3 dogs that keep us busy. We love to travel mainly to beach destinations. I also ski in the wintertime.

Dallas was awesome, but we didn't appreciate the add-ons the finance person tried to pawn off as standard charges for the dealership, that were both clearly optional. Riley was amazing! She was personal, friendly, and professional. We got a call about the car we wanted being on the lot - we headed over and were met by Riley. She brought the car around, let us take it for a test drive and then answered all our questions when we got back. She represented her dealership very well and pushed for the numbers they wanted to see out of the transaction. We pushed for te numbers we wanted in the transaction. It was definitely a negotiation, but we found common ground and I think everyone was happy. We were in and out within 2.5 hours and we are happy with our car and the care we felt Riley took of us. Sheldon was also great in Finance! Thanks for being a good salesperson! I am going to talk to her for our next car I am sure. More
