Shelley was tireless in her efforts assisting us to find the right vehicle. She was such a good listener and offered us to try a few different options to meet our needs. We test drove an Envision, which was just right. Actually, it was perfect. The Envista and the Encore were both wonderful cars, drove great, and will both work well for us at different stages of our family, and the Envision is the perfect transportation solution for our family now. We didn't know Buick offered such good new cars. Michael Audino collaborated with Shelley and us to find a vehicle with the optimal option package and pricing schedule for us to afford such a phenomenal car.
