Best experience ever! This was my first car buying experience so I was pretty anxious about the whole process. Luckily, I had my dad along with me- a 40 year veteran of the car sales industry, so needless to say, expectations were incredibly high. Fortunately, Advantage Toyota was able to exceed those expectations! We were lucky enough to work with Chris Williams, who was so knowledgeable and so helpful, answering any and all questions. He took us for a test drive, and was able to explain the ins and outs of the vehicle with ease. My father called referred to him as "the best salesman [he's] seen in a long, long time". Communication was super easy, too, and Chris was very responsive to emails, phone calls, and texts. We're extra thankful for the wonderful Shermica Malcolm for her help and support, and her individualized attention to our needs. Fantastic management! Finally, on the day of deliver (car was leased on Monday, I drove it off the lot on Wednesday- amazing!), we had the pleasure of working with Mohammed Ali who was the sweetest, most helpful gentleman in the world! All options were explained thoroughly and questions were answered in great detail. Chris was waiting in the lot to help me transfer plates, and even gave me some time to say goodbye to my trade- in. Chris, you're exceptional! I really can't speak highly enough about the wonderful staff at Advantage Toyota; if you're able to, do yourself the favor and use them for all of your automotive needs!
