Prior to getting into the auto business, I was a stay at home mom and a substitute teacher for 12+ years in West Bend, WI. 3 years ago, I came to Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac to look for a car for my daughter. The car that I came for on Friday, was sold on Saturday... (I went home to think about it).... It prompted me to say, "if cars sell this fast I'm in the wrong business", (just kidding of course, I loved my teaching job)... After numerous calls from management and my sales reprehensive Samantha, I joined the Heiser team! I love it! I pride myself on integrity, not being high pressure, you tell me what you need and want and I will make sure you find what you are looking for... I know you will not only be completely satisfied with me, but my whole Heiser team. I'm looking forward to working with you and welcoming you to our Heiser family!

Thorough, efficient. Talked to Sherry on the phone and emailed. Made sure paperwork was ready to go and the car was ready for pickup when I got there. Took the test drive. very nice experience over all TAZ was very help full and throw in his sails men ship... we were very happy with all he did for us . very pleased with the dealer ship in th over all TAZ was very help full and throw in his sails men ship... we were very happy with all he did for us . very pleased with the dealer ship in there effort to fix all concerns with the flowing needs. Only compliant I have is after the vehicle was sold which was paid in CASH, they didn't seem to care about anything that was wrong with the vehicle that was brought up to service. Never fixed the oil pressure sensor, we were supposed to get an ext. key and key fob which we got the fob but no key. check engine light still comes on and off. For the most part I don't think I'll ever buy another vehicle from your company. No one stands behind their word. You would think someone that pays over 8 grand cash for a vehicle would kiss butt to make sure they would be return costumers. More

Disappointment with Chevy Silverado Cam shaft and lifters were knocking at 36,500 miles on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Now motor has been torn down and replaced these parts. I've only dri Cam shaft and lifters were knocking at 36,500 miles on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Now motor has been torn down and replaced these parts. I've only driven 15 miles so far, but it seems quiet. Dealership got it handled quickly and gave us a loaner vehicle. Looking to trade up to a 2020 if the trade in price would be better. More

I had my car towed to the dealership on Friday night. When I stopped in Saturday the service department already appraised of the situation. They started and finished work on my car Monday.
