I have been working at Crown Mitsubishi since 1999 although I started working for Crown in 1998. I worked at our Pontiac store before I was transferred to Mitsubishi. I have lived in Florida since 1985. I moved here from Ohio after I graduated from high school. I have been married since 1998 and have a 13-year old daughter named Ashley. In my free time I love to cook, play cards, and hang out at the beach – the best part of Florida!

Sherry Viera was great! This was my first service visit and she clearly explained what to expect, what was going to be done and where I could wait comfortably while my vehi This was my first service visit and she clearly explained what to expect, what was going to be done and where I could wait comfortably while my vehicle was serviced. She also let me know when my vehicle was ready, brought me to cashiering and had my vehicle waiting outside the door. Excellent customer service and a reason to continue servicing my vehicle at Crown Kia. More

Sherry Vieira always meets me at my car and then checks me in for my appointment. While I wait inside the dealership, Sherry keeps me informed re when my car is ready for me to drive home. Sherry then esc me in for my appointment. While I wait inside the dealership, Sherry keeps me informed re when my car is ready for me to drive home. Sherry then escorts me to the payment person. After I have paid my bill, Sherry then escorts me to my car and I then drive back to my home, as a very pleased Kia customer! More

This is the busiest place in St. Pete. I have an oil change contract and my Soul is 4 years old. My service advisor, Michael Stephenson, gets me in and out every time. The work is al Pete.
