I miss the kindness and care given by the previous service agents. Where did they all go? I had my car in for service on 9/17 and wanted to get headlight refurbishing done. I was told that the pers service agents. Where did they all go? I had my car in for service on 9/17 and wanted to get headlight refurbishing done. I was told that the person that does this is not always in, so I asked for an appointment for that service as well as a few additional services required from my 9/17 appt. We scheduled the appt for 9/24. When I got there for the appt, I was told he would "check" to see if the headlight refurbisher was in that day. What?! That was the whole point of the appt! He then checked and told me he was. He said the headlight and other services would take around 3 hours. I told him I' had planned my day around this appt but needed my car in the afternoon. I waited at the dealership. After 3 hours I went to find him and he checked the status only to find that the headlights had not been started and they were still working on the other stuff. I had to cancel the headlights because I could not wait. I'm so disappointed. Apparently its easy to make an appointment for a specific service but not so easy to actually provide it. Plus I did not feel the agent helping me even cared one way or the other. Communication is key, and there was none! My car was purchased new by Manly and has been serviced there ever since. Please fix whatever problem has made all your good techs leave! I used to truly feel cared for and confident that my car is handled professionally. I no longer feel that way. More

I was greeted right upon arrival and was treated with the utmost respect. I needed a rental vehicle as well and between Shyla and Lori helping me out Denise was also fantastic. Very good customer service and the service department have been so awesome! They worked hard to get my honda accord's condenser fixed so I won't be toasting in this hot weather! It was back ordered but f have been so awesome! They worked hard to get my honda accord's condenser fixed so I won't be toasting in this hot weather! It was back ordered but fortunately came out quickly! I really appreciate Jose and America's help when I brought in the car in without an appointment and got me a loaner car to use as well. They have been super nice to me and helping me with the other car, honda pilot! I will definitely recommend them. More

I want to especially note the beyond excellent service I received from Ronald Timms. Despite the difficulties arising from the extreme lack of support staff on site over the period my car was being serviced received from Ronald Timms. Despite the difficulties arising from the extreme lack of support staff on site over the period my car was being serviced Mr. Timms made sure I was well taken care of. We had arranged for my car to remain at the dealership overnight for additional service, and when it became clear that my car didn't make it into the queue for the additional work on the Friday Mr. Timms arranged for a loaner car for the weekend free of charge to me. He also made sure my car was available to me by 1:00pm the following Monday and discounted my final bill by $20.00 to reflect his apologies for the delay. Mr. Timms went above and beyond in a situation that seemed well beyond his control and remained professional and personable throughout my entire exchange with him. He is the sort of person I would want representing my company and I think he deserves a raise and hazard duty pay! Thank you, Annette Pierson More

Our car broke down while we were away from home. Jose and team went out of their way near the end of a business day to set us up with a repair schedule and rental car. Jose kept us in the loop as the repair process progressed, and Susan went out of her way to set us up with a car that met our needs (and even made sure we didn't leave our personal items behind as our car was repaired).
