What ever happened to Honda Service? My routine service yesterday was an ordeal. The service went well, but the mechanic spotted a problem with a tire. I only saw it because I asked to see the safety inspe yesterday was an ordeal. The service went well, but the mechanic spotted a problem with a tire. I only saw it because I asked to see the safety inspection. In the past the service person would go over that with you. When I questioned it, I was told it was my problem. When I got home I checked my records and found that I had bought the tires from Honda. I phoned Honda and spoke with a deferent tech, and was told to bring the car back in and they would fit it. I went back in and the original tech, Susan refused to deal with it. After a long wait the tech I talked to on the phone, Shyla, wrote up the repair and the tire was patched. More

Worst service ever! I made an 11 o'clock appointment to have two keys made for my CRV your worst service ever! I made an 11 o'clock appointment to have two keys made for my CRV. My keys were not ready until 3 o'clock, having to wait for 4 hours is absurd to me. my appointment should not have taken longer than an hour!!! More
