Very good customer service and the service department have been so awesome! They worked hard to get my honda accord's condenser fixed so I won't be toasting in this hot weather! I want to especially note the beyond excellent service I received from Ronald Timms. Despite the difficulties arising from the extreme lack of support staff on site over the period my car was being serviced received from Ronald Timms. Despite the difficulties arising from the extreme lack of support staff on site over the period my car was being serviced Mr. Timms made sure I was well taken care of. We had arranged for my car to remain at the dealership overnight for additional service, and when it became clear that my car didn't make it into the queue for the additional work on the Friday Mr. Timms arranged for a loaner car for the weekend free of charge to me. He also made sure my car was available to me by 1:00pm the following Monday and discounted my final bill by $20.00 to reflect his apologies for the delay. Mr. Timms went above and beyond in a situation that seemed well beyond his control and remained professional and personable throughout my entire exchange with him.
