I showed interest online on a car that they had on the lot and I immediately got a phone call from Sid. He asked me if I could come in that day to see the car. I drove an hour and a half to look at this s lot and I immediately got a phone call from Sid. He asked me if I could come in that day to see the car. I drove an hour and a half to look at this specific car so I was ready to purchase it on the spot. After looking at the car, I went to Sid's office and he handed me paper of all the details on the car. He didn't offer to go through anything with me. As I was asking Sid details about the car he answered all of my questions in the most condescending rude manner. For example, I asked him what specific maintenance did the dealership do to get the car certified and prepared for purchase, he responded “what does the paper say”. I'm very disappointed in this dealership. More

We had a great experience with RBM Alpharetta. Sid Karaca was very responsive to all inquiries and information requests during my research. This was a great buying experience that started through a web inquiry and, overall, ranks right there with other luxury brands I have interacted with. More

It was my first time experience through this dealership. People were very nice and the manager was great, too. SID at RBM has made our vehicle purchase seamless & it was fantastic working with him & his associates. We started our vehicle purchase online & all over phone calls. We only had to step in to get some paperwork. Everybody was wearing masks & sanitizing even the doors every now & then. More

My mom and I inquired about a 2018 Glc... the internet salesman did not get back with me the next about the vehicles availability. We decided to go check the car out on our own. When we noticed the car wa salesman did not get back with me the next about the vehicles availability. We decided to go check the car out on our own. When we noticed the car was still on the lot... we requested the internet salesman assistance. The salesperson helping us told us that salesman was busy and that he would assist. We approached the car and I noticed the salesman didn’t hand my mom the keys. Not sure why, but one could insinuate a few things especially when he didn’t explain his actions. We test drove the car in silence. He didn’t give us any information about the car or anything. We felt we were on his time and that we were wasting his time. We left with a horrible experience... it’s rare that we run into car salesmen that don’t offer business cards or anything. We decided to Buy from Mercedes Buckhead. Not sure what their issue was... but they lost a sale because the service was HORRIBLE. More

Very pleasant and professional buying experience. Bought a used non-Mercedes vehicle but felt like we were treated the like a new car buyer. Our salesman Sid went out of his way to be accommodating.
