Since I‘m not US citizen and my work visa is shorter than the lease term,he and his manager Sigis helped out the neogotiation with loan department of BMW to make it enventually happen. Even though they comprimised to offer me two years lease which is shorter than usual 3 years,I‘m happy about that. The closing process with Hassan was very smooth and pleasant. Jon is also a professional technician helping the test drive and the final interior show. He‘s a so nice and gentle guy explaining everything in detail and answered a freshman‘s question patiently. His professionalism and attention to detail allowed us to have a final deal complete before I walked into the dealership - This was EXACTLY what I wanted. I was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted with no games and no hassle. I spent a little over an hour in the dealership to finalize paperwork and drive away with my new car thanks to the superb service provided by Kouroush and the management team and BMW of Catonsville. I drove past 4 other dealerships to go to see Kouroush and BMW of Catonsville, and I will do it again for my next purpose.
