Shane was amazing and I love my gorgeous new Audi I set up an appointment via email. I had to come right before closing and they were happy to stay late. Also, Tony made sure the car was perfect for us. Tony actually kept the car an extra day to have it detailed more and delivered it to our house. Even at that, he has offered to have it cut and polished one more time, which I will take him up on. The buying experience was nice and easy, and Tony was great. If you want an Audi, go to this dealership and ask for Tony, hands down. More

Shane at Audi Beaverton was great to work with - disarming, knowledgeable, and professional. He quickly assertained what might be a good fit for me and, most importantly, did so with making me feel like I was being asked a ton of probing questions. Without prompting, Shane found a perfect CPO car for me that I just fell in love with. After a day or so of peppering Shane with questions via email at all hours of the day and night (that he was quick to respond to, even at 11:30 at night), I decided to purchase. The actual purchase process and experience was simple, painless, and professional. Thanks to all who were involved..! More

We ended our weekend hunt at Audi Beaverton and the process was seamless and we were able to drive home in a 2013 Q5! Andy was quick to get us through the process, treated us fairly with no pressured sales tactics! By the end we wanted him to get the sale of the Q5 too! He even drove out to our home later that evening to deliver something we left at dealership. We are very happy with our experience and service from Andy. The last 5 cars we purchased through a broker...I never thought We would buy from a dealership again, but now I stand corrected. More

Andy did an excellent job of listening to me, understanding completely what it was I was looking for, and finding that car to fit my needs. Sigve Friedle managed the lease part of the transaction, and again, was excellent at listening to my questions or concerns before he answered. The lease process was a very simple and to the point process. Tony put the finishing touches on the Q7 selected and made sure it was ready when I arrived to pick it up. He patiently took me through all the key steps of how to understand the basics of driving a "computerized rocket ship" on wheels. His follow-up, and that of Andy, were just excellent. I don't miss my Tundra one bit. One of the key final comments is just on Beaverton AUDI: I never was under any sales pressure, and I was always treated with respect and common courtesy. I would highly recommend BEAVERTON AUDI to anyone looking to join the AUDI family. More
