It was apparent from the first call that he knows his business and product well, is candid yet courteous, and listens to one's needs and concerns. Our first face-to-face meeting confirmed all of that and more. I had done some significant research, Craig asked for my offer, and 5 minutes later we had a deal. He served as my advocate with management, while at the same time representing Audi Beaverton in the most positive light -- which is well deserved by the dealership. My interactions with Sigve Friedle and Lucas Soltman were every bit as positive. The men and women at the reception desk were also great. I regret not being able to thank them by name. We didn't have to put up with any of the hard sell tactics that can come with car shopping, and the actual purchase experience was great.
