I was ignored, told wrong information, made to wait more than needed and no one would get me Simo’s (the GM) information to get in contact with them. After fighting to get the GM’s contact info they eventually gave it to me. Once we spoke he finally helped me out and put me with Gillette (salesperson). He was able to help me and to trade in my car for a SUV I was looking to get. From there I had another issue with trying to get my second FOB key. I have been rescheduled twice and when I went in during my third scheduled time they told me I was too late and the key maker left and was basically told I can’t do anything but come back. Ramces is horrible with customer service and had terrible customer experience skills. I would like Simo Bassi or William Nero to contact me immediately. More

Very Shady Business - Don't Go There I should have listened to my gut instinct and walked out of there instead of taking what I thought was a good deal on a new car even though I wasn't h I should have listened to my gut instinct and walked out of there instead of taking what I thought was a good deal on a new car even though I wasn't happy with how they treated me. They got me in there under false pretenses and then acted like they were doing me a huge favor when they went back on their word. I left with an agreement on a new car and a bad feeling in my stomach and I should have listened to that because there were two days between signing the contract and picking up the car and somehow between the test drive where everything was great and taking the car off the lot something went wrong. I've had to take my BRAND NEW CAR to a service station twice in the two days that I've had it which is very suspicious. I don't know if they don't respect me because I'm black or because they know I don't like how they treated me but something happened to my car between the test drive and me driving it off the lot and I now have to deal with the national branch to figure out what's happening. Even if you think you're getting a good deal (which they're also probably lying about by the way) it's not worth the hassle. More

Long wait time, no communication, no transparency. I went in for a recall issue and was told it would only be 1 hour and after two hours was told my car hasn't even been seen yet. I am attempting to get in contact with general manager Simo Bassi or CEO William Nero to get my issue resolved and no one is willing to give me their information although it states on their announcements while on hold on the phone that they will gladly give you that information. More
