Overall Positive dispite a few issues with the car. I’ll start with the bad first. I had to wait an hour and a half after arriving to do a test drive I had scheduled. A week after purchasing the car the I’ll start with the bad first. I had to wait an hour and a half after arriving to do a test drive I had scheduled. A week after purchasing the car the transmission blew up. (Not there fault just unlucky) After purchasing the car I had my mechanic inspect and he found <10% pads remaining on front brakes. A couple of broken items on the interior that were not disclosed before purchase. Basically, I think they had gotten the car a day before I arrived to test drive. Maybe they shouldn’t post online until all inspections have been complete. Now onto the good. I gave them 4 stars above because they corrected every one of the cons above at no cost to me (other then having to drive to Lansing). I don’t think they were legally obligated to do this because the car was sold as is. I respect them for this and think that I would buy another car from them (as long as it had been fully inspected :)) Everyone we met was friendly and made our car buying experience as unstresfful as possible. More

Full of lies and horrible customer service! She lies and treats people horrible! She has zero clue how to sell. But I guess when you sell junk, you don't have to be good. All cars have major issues and they do the least amount of fixing and or just quick fixes to get the car sold and they wash their hands of everything once they get your money. She says she will stand behind your purchase, but NEVER does! The owner, John, has the worst attitude. I bought a car and within the month I had over 3k in repairs and John would Not do anything about it. More

V. happy with purchase of an Aud in an impeccable condition! On 2/19 I purchaed a used Audi A5 S-line from the Motorcars of Lansing Delaership. I found the car on True Car on 2/9 and I provided my information on On 2/19 I purchaed a used Audi A5 S-line from the Motorcars of Lansing Delaership. I found the car on True Car on 2/9 and I provided my information on the website because I was potentially interested. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Keith to schedule a test drive. He was willing to fully adjust to my schedule and even suggested that we could meet on Sunday if that works better for me (I had an 1.5h drive). I test drove the car on 2/12. What I liked a lot is that after the initial test drive with Keith, he was ok with me taking a car on a spin by myself. After the initial ride we negotiated the price. In my opinion the negotiations were fair, we looked at other similar cars on the market, KBB value and other factors. Delarship was willing to drop the price to a reasonable range. We didn't close the deal that day but we got fairly close. We have been in touch with Keith for the next week. We ended up agreeing on the price over the phone. After that I test drove a car once more, and again Keith let me take the car by myself (I had a deposit on it). I truly appreciated this level of trust to the potential customer!!! Additionally Keith was totally ok with me having the car inspected in an Audi dealership. They even drove the car there for me as I live so far away. I must point out that the inspection, proved the car was in an almost impeccable condition! The "biggest" issue was a broken sun visor clip that Keith agreed to send me for no additional cost. Overall Keith was very helpful and willing to help even after the deal was closed. It was a very positive first experience with a dealership. Previously I only bought cars from private owners as I thought dealerships will try to scam potential buyers. I was proved wrong! I highly recommend Motorcars of Lansing because the car is in an amazing condition, Keith was very helpful throughout and after the purchasing process and the price was competitive! More
