Since the change over from Cowboy to Norm Reeves, I’ve seen an improvement in professionalism, but unfortunately I’ve seen delivery times for service increase significantly. Came in to get a tire repaired or replaced was told by the service department that they had zero tires in my size. I drive a tacoma. The service department said they could have one delivered by 1:30 the n the service department that they had zero tires in my size. I drive a tacoma. Not only did the tire not arrive I was not informed of this till closer to 5 right before the service department closed. poor service from toyota parts and service like normal. More
