Lex was very helpful in arranging cars for test drives and having them ready to go. He was knowledgeable about the various features and made the experience enjoyable. I was not interested in paying in advance for services I may not use. Based on my experience, I did not need them. This process extended the duration it took to finalize sale. Overall still happy with the sale and love the car but would have scored them higher if I didn't have to go through the process of declining the services I was not interested in. More
