Perhaps another management person is needed to speed up the process. IDK but we bought the car and are happy with it. Again, Slater was the best! More

This was the worst experience I ever had at a dealership. I purchased the car and the wrong car was given to us. So they had to exchange the wrong car for another car and that car broke down. Then, they had I purchased the car and the wrong car was given to us. So they had to exchange the wrong car for another car and that car broke down. Then, they had to give us a third vehicle, which is the one we drove away in. But it wasn't detailed or anything else. But after being at the dealership 48 hours and enduring a completely useless floor manager by the name of Billie..... Who was never around? We left. We still have to return to the dealership to take care of the prep for the vehicle. And a few other things that were not completed after our 8 hour stay. It is truly ridiculous for the things that happened to happen to us and I am so upset with this dealership that I probably won't go back even though I bought an extended service program. If I could go back and take my old car back, I would. And I actually tried, but by the time I attempted to my insurance agency was closed and I would have had no insurance on my vehicle.In retrospect, I made a bad move coming here.And we'll never come back here again More
