He showed us a variety of options and worked with us to ensure we made the best choice for our particular needs. The actual purchase process was smooth (even though they had a new computer setup), Jake Hewitt showed us the car, helped us setup the different features, and made sure we understood everything before taking possession. Not only was Junior EXTREMELY knowledgable about the suite of Honda automobiles, he was also very knowledgable about some of the non-Honda pre-owned vehicles that I was interested in. Junior was very friendly, personable, and NOT AT ALL pushy. He was very thorough in hearing out what was important to me for vehicle features. Junior was also very friendly and accommodating to my family of 6 during our visit to the Mohawk Honda dealership earlier today.
