Sonny was AMAZING to work with!! He listened to everything I wanted and never once was pushy or overbearing! He never once seemed bothered by my countless requests to look in different vehicles or millions of questions. In the end Sonny was able to get me into the car I wanted and I was able to leave very happy!!! GO SEE SONNY! Also, Chris in finance had the same demeanor as Sonny - easy to deal with and very nice. I will be buying all my cars through Sonny and Chris! More

I highly recommend Carl Burger Dodge .Buying a car is never fun, and there are so many negative stereotypes surrounding it. it's stressful even to think about. He was very candid about EVERYTHING - I'm highly priced sensitive when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and this was very interesting about Sonny when he found out i am very sensitive with purchasing and pricing, Mr.Kareem worked very hard about getting an amazing price like the vehicle i wanted was for him, I literally did nothing with negotiating, Sonny made this buying experience like no other car buying experience and I can guarantee that. I did not take the whole idea of him buying my car very serious it almost sounded like a scam. after everything was set and done and him coming out with the final price I literally had my mouth open and was speechless! It usually takes hours and hours and sometimes days to get a price that I want to pay on a vehicle from typical dealership, well it took this man minutes to get it done as he gave me his word for it. Much respected for Sonny and Carl Burger for this professionalism they have! Carl Burger is my home again after a bad experience I had 5 years ago! Bye Bye to Midway Jeep! Sonny contacted us to see if we would be interested in selling our Challenger. We wanted to meet with him at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and he said "come on in". As soon as we arrived we were greeted an selling our Challenger. We wanted to meet with him at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night and he said "come on in". As soon as we arrived we were greeted and felt very welcome. We told him what we were looking for and within minutes found the truck we wanted. He was upfront and honest while we worked the deal and we took the truck home that evening. Since it was late when we finished our paperwork and the dealership was closed, he asked if it would be an imposition for us to bring the truck back on Sunday so they could wash it and put gas in it. Of course, we were happy to do so, but did not make it back till Tuesday, but he got it done as soon as I showed up unannounced! He then helped us pick out running boards to put on the truck and was able to get them on the next day. On that Tuesday, he and I noticed there was a nail in one of the tires, and then I discovered another tire had a nail in in. He took care of that also, never questioning how or when the tires picked up the nails. He was supposed to be off that afternoon, but stayed at the dealership until he was sure I was completely taken care of. We have dealt with a lot of dealerships and sales representatives over the years and Sonny and your dealership is definitely at the top of our list. Sonny is a great asset to the dealership and his customers. We will definitely recommend him and the dealership to any of our family or friends who might be looking for a vehicle. We will definitely contact Sonny when we are ready to purchase another vehicle. More

I made a recent purchase of a new Jeep Cherokee and my experience with Sonny Kareem, one of the best and honest consultants I could ask for made my purchasing decision super easy. I felt comfortable and you can tell he wants my business not only for the immediate sale, but for the future. Really great working through a deal with pros who want to see you leave happy. Then going through accounting, which is always an issue at most dealerships. Usually the accounting team just wants to squeeze every penny out of you before you sign. Berrett Pricor one of the accounting managers there at Carl Burger. Talked through all of the plans, again not pushing me which tends to make me upset, but setup all of the options, let me pick what I thought made sense. He also in the process saw that I had paid for an extended warranty and insurance on my trade in that I could transfer and get a refund on. He didn't have to do that and I'm pretty sure most wouldn't have, but I ended up after the deal was already done, getting refunded a considerable amount. These are my guys and I will be back to purchase from them again. You get an opportunity and have read this. Go buy from them. I've been to most Jeep dealers in the area and they don't hold a candle to Carl Burgers. --AJ More

They both were very friendly, accomodating, and were not like your typical car dealership employees who were just trying to make a sale. They were aware of my financial situation and they both made sure I got the right car for the right price. During the entire process both men were very professional and polite. If you want to work with a salesman that goes the extra mile, ask for SONNY!!!!!! I personally hate car shopping and always feel pressure from the sales people, but this time I felt like Sonny had our back and our best interest in mind.
