Alex did a fantastic job with us on my first visit to Colonial Honda. From the moment we arrived he greeted us very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. As I requested to test drive several vehicl Colonial Honda. From the moment we arrived he greeted us very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. As I requested to test drive several vehicles he was eager please and had us driving a CRV in no time. We also drive the Accord which took no time to bring around for us. We loved the CRV but wanted the EXL, we didn’t care for the colors available on the lot so we found the one we wanted coming in soon. After several back and forth negotiating a price we all agreed and out came the credit card, done deal. Alex was polite, friendly, professional with no silliness, no pressure and most importantly no old school salesman xx. He really made us feel welcome and never gave me a reason to think he was dishonest, disrespectful or unreasonable. It was actually the best experience I have ever had purchasing and new vehicle.
