Sonya is the best! Me and my bestie met her in 2014 when we went in to purchase extended warranties and walked out with 2 new BMW convertibles. This is NOT A PAID REVIEW …Word can’t explain How truly grateful I am… From my 1st call with Ave Williams who actually took the time to listen to me stating “ I know you do not have what I’ve been looking grateful I am… From my 1st call with Ave Williams who actually took the time to listen to me stating “ I know you do not have what I’ve been looking for” with a reply saying oh yes, we do let me get you over to Sonia.. the moment I spoke with Sonia I have which was August 14 I went on a rent without giving her time to speak explaining to her that I’ve been looking for this car since October 2024 I was overwhelmed and fed up with other dealerships not willing to help me they want me to just buy whatever they had on their lot after letting her know exactly what color I want what interior I want inside of the car and what type of car I wanted, she asked me to have a little faith in her and give her a little bit of time. At that point, I didn’t have the faith nor the patient I was ready to get a Mercedes-coupe ..Please keep in mind. This was August 14 August 18. She called me and told me she had my car literally four days later!! I honestly didn’t believe her until she sent me a picture. When I tell you I scream through the phone, I literally scream through the phone. That’s my car.!! She told me the car wouldn’t be in until Thursday. My car actually got there Tuesday 19th. After confirming that my car was ,it was time to make the deal ( Amy) with the magic numbers.. confirming that the numbers were exactly what I was asking for the deal was signed, sealed, and delivered!! Ty Amy❗️ From August 14 to August 21 seven days I was driving my new BMW…Sonia kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. She text me every hour on the hour during her working hours, we actually became friends and showed photos of each other so I guess your question is will I buy another car from Galleria BMW yes and I will only do business with Sonia… just wanna say thank you Galleria Bmw for everything!! Well, we just finished acquiring our fifth BMW from Galleria BMW with our fourth one from Sonya West at Galleria BMW. If that does not tell you, we are crazy about this bunch let me elaborate a bit. Galleria BMW with our fourth one from Sonya West at Galleria BMW. If that does not tell you, we are crazy about this bunch let me elaborate a bit. If you want to talk the culture of success, consider the ownership first, Bo Mandal. He had a dream of owning a BMW dealership and he made it happen. That story in and of itself is magnificent in its own accord. Maybe one day you can hear it, for it is epic. Consider the culture of Galleria BMW from a management standpoint. In his quest, Bo made sure his management team would be second to none as he scoured the country looking for the best. And he got them! He exhibited the same high standards with employees and managers from sales, finance and service. It's truly an All-Star Staff! I'm going to close out this review with Sonya West who is in sales. As stated earlier this is our fourth acquisition that she orchestrated for us. High energy, friendly, concerned and competent. She loves her clients and knows the vehicles inside and out.
