Charges more than other dealerships. Service since Rachel left went from exceptional to average. Too many mistakes over the last few years: kept my wheel lock key for my wheels, then tried to charge me for a new one, forgot to put one of my lug nuts on my tire then tried to charge me for a whole new set, last representative made me wait over 3 hours and never replied to text of wheel lock location and tech attempted to remove lug nuts without lock and broke one of them, alignment made my car worse than when I originally brought it in, didn't put windshield fluid in after marking he did the 25 point inspection, attempted to charge for services that weren't completed, mirror was damaged when left in your lot, no discounts anymore.... I've been a loyal customer for 7.5 years and am very disappointed with service lately. Sophia was awesome! More
