A customer since 2006, I’ve bought three cars from Crown Acura and every purchase has been a wonderful, stress-free, enjoyable experience. For my most recent purchase (June 2020), Gillian Barnes was my sale Acura and every purchase has been a wonderful, stress-free, enjoyable experience. For my most recent purchase (June 2020), Gillian Barnes was my salesperson, Sophie Morris was the sales manager, and Keith Amaral was the finance manager. Gillian Barnes is a delightful salesperson. Knowledgeable and professional, yet calm and unassuming, Gillian is a joy to be around as you shop for your vehicle. She answered all my questions accurately, and she promptly looked up anything she wasn’t immediately sure of. Our test drives together were relaxed and convivial, and she was very adept at demonstrating each car’s options and abilities. As good at down to earth conversation as she is helpful, Gillian Barnes makes buying a car fun and easy. Sophie Morris is like your older sister who always looks out for you. She sold me my first Acura in 2006, and helped me get out of a very unpleasant purchase from another dealership and into my second Acura in 2014. And once again, despite the lock-downs and craziness of Spring 2020, Sophie has come to my rescue and found me another wonderful Acura that perfectly fits my budget. Warm, charming, attentive, hard-working, honest, trustworthy, respectful, professional… I just can’t say enough good about Sophie Morris. Keith Amaral is as fine a finance manager as you’ll ever find. Upon my request, Keith very quickly found a better loan than I had secured on my own. With the back-end products, as Crown Acura has always done, nothing is packed in. Keith listed and described each option very clearly, and showed how rolling each into the loan would impact my monthly payment. Once I made my decision, the discussion was over—no pressure, no persuasion, no judgment—and we were on to signatures. Keith Amaral understands that this is how car financing should go, and he’s the best at it I’ve ever seen. In sum, do yourself a favor the next time you’re shopping for a vehicle and go to Crown Acura. They understand that the cars will sell themselves, and accordingly they don’t need to push customers to buy them. Rather, Crown Acura has learned that treating people with dignity and respect is what brings them back, as I have come back time and again over the past 14 years. There has never been a finer car dealership than Crown Acura, and it’s all because of people like Gillian Barnes, Sophie Morris, and Keith Amaral and the wonderful experience they provide. Customer Service at its worst Single ladies Beware of this dealership! I was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by my sales person Kyle and managers Greg and Sophie. Here Single ladies Beware of this dealership! I was treated very poorly and disrespectfully by my sales person Kyle and managers Greg and Sophie. Here's the story: June 2020: Crown Acura agreed to repair the imperfections (crack in the windshield, front dent with sloppy touch up paint, rip on the ceiling of the sunroof, nicks on the paint and stains on the carpet) on a preowned 2017 Acura RDX and I agreed to buy the car as soon as the repairs were completed. They asked for money to "hold" the car several times, which I understand although as a single mom, I decided not to put money down (still very glad about that decision) with the understanding that the car may be sold to someone else. I believe what is meant to be will happen.... and I doubted that I would get my "hold" money back if the repairs were not completed to my satisfaction. I received a text, email and voicemail that "my car was ready" and we set up a time to complete the sale that day. I arrived on time (from my home -one hour drive away) with my trade -in that was already negotiated into the sale and my checkbook to pay the balance. Sophie left a voicemail 10 minutes before I walked into the dealership that my car was ready. (Let that sink in) As I walked in, I was not greeted nor acknowledged in any way. No one would make eye contact with me. A new associate greeted me finally and said they would bring the car around for me. I was led to a different car as she had been assigned the task to tell me, "we sold your car to someone else this morning" but maybe you would like to see another car. I was very upset that no one had the nerve to reach out to tell me this had occurred. Greg appeared on the scene (Kyle was out sick which I was made aware of previously) and looked around quite dumbfounded and was remarkably quiet (as compared to his previous sales demeanor) as I explained what had happened. Neither he nor Kyle offered an apology or expressed accountability for the actions of this very unprofessional handling of a sale. No one at the dealership appeared to care at all or offered at least to look into this and/or to make amends in some way. As I was texting Kyle about the fact that the car had been sold, he became extremely defensive and asked me to not text him on his personal phone again. Neither Kyle, Greg, or Sophie ever reached out to me in the days following. This is the reason for my post. I was shocked at the unprofessional lack of communication skills and accountability that Crown Acura expressed. As a current teacher and former business manager, I would sign the whole team up for intensive customer service training. This could have been handled so differently, even given the "shady" sale that had just taken place. I understood the consequences of not having put a deposit down. What I will not accept is this total disrespect and awful customer service in the way this was handled. I'm glad I'm not a customer of Crown Acura and never will be since this is how people are treated. I have noticed several other posts of similar occurrences from this dealership. Apparently, this is standard procedure. Buyers Beware. More

Crown Always Excedes My Expectations I've been a customer of Crown Acura for several years. We just drove away with our seventh vehicle! I reached out to my friend Charles Johnson to let him know we were interested in trading in two vehicles for one, Charles is on temporary leave due to COVID-19. He contacted Sophie Morris for us, who called me back within five minutes. Wow! When my wife and I arrived at Crown, Sophie greeted us and introduced us to Dustin Mullen. Dustin presented multiple options to fulfill our needs. For the first time, we leased a vehicle as that option checked all of our boxes for our current needs. To be honest, I was pleased with the offer on our 2017 RDX, not so much on the 2012 Honda. But the financial incentives provided some balance. Dustin worked with us most of the afternoon. He was professional, personable, efficient and treated us like family. We had a couple of follow-up issues which he promptly addressed. He is very knowledgeable with your products and very helpful showing us the many features and technologies of our new RDX. I would recommend Crown and especially Dustin Mullen to anyone looking for a new or preowned vehicle. The entire process was fantastic. Crown Acura sets the standard that all dealerships should aspire to! More
