What an experience I brought my car in for detail and new wiper blades. Turns out my car had a recall issue. Took a loaner. Unfortunate incident with loner. As if things couldn't get worse the part my car ne wiper blades. Turns out my car had a recall issue. Took a loaner. Unfortunate incident with loner. As if things couldn't get worse the part my car needed was on back order with no delivery date. Almost 2 months passed. After insurance claim for the loaner and waiting for my car. I was reunited with my car. Overall, considering everything, I have to say I was very pleased with the service I received. I've been a customer since 2004 and I plan to stick with them going forward. More

I only put 1 star only because you can’t write this review it would be a BIG - 00000. Because they have no respect for young girls they talk down to them. I wrote a review because this place is the worst from advisor to service manager. Don’t ever get tire and wheel package from this place. They don’t cover anything. They just give excuses and don’t put r advisor to service manager. Don’t ever get tire and wheel package from this place. They don’t cover anything. The service representative who I met with the day I arrived to drop off my car was nice. The people I spoke to on the phone to confirm my appointment and loaner car the day before were a nightmare. Left a voicemail in the morning, no call back, one dropped call and another promised call back by a seperate representative, no call while waiting forever on hold at the end of the day.
