To quick I live 1 hour away from Honda and when I got to my appointment the mechanic asked what was going on. I told him the anti collision brake is not brakin I live 1 hour away from Honda and when I got to my appointment the mechanic asked what was going on. I told him the anti collision brake is not braking & tires are very loud and vibrate the petals. He told me that if something isnt working the car would have a warning light on so the braking should work and that my tires are loud due to not rotating them enough. He didn’t even offer to drive the car or look deeper into the issue. He pretty much blew off the issue & said there’s not much we can do. Within 5 minutes of me arriving, it seemed like he was pushing me out the door. I have always had a really good experience here but this was the first time that I felt like I was being pushed out of the door. Also, I brought my car in for a oil change a week earlier & was told they checked all tire pressure, within 20 miles of driving it home, the low air pressure light came on. It makes me question if they are actually checking everything that they are suppose to. Needless to say, I will be making another appointment with a different Honda dealer to get a second opinion on my car. It’s my first time owning a Honda & a brand new vehicle and I have never experienced so many issues in all of the older cars I have had. I do love all the features but I’m not really sure I’m satisfied with my decision to buy a Honda. More

Mostly positive I had quite a list of things I wanted my new vehicle to have as well as all the colors it couldn't be. Josh was very helpful and patient as he narrowe I had quite a list of things I wanted my new vehicle to have as well as all the colors it couldn't be. Josh was very helpful and patient as he narrowed down my choices. I finally decided on a color and took it for a test drive. I was extremely nervous to drive such an automated vehicle but Josh was patient and a very good teacher. I changed my mind on the color and if Josh was frustrated he never showed it. The monthly payment was just a hair highèr than I originally budgeted for but I decided to go for and put money down and filled out a credit application. Made an appointment to return the following day to finalize everything. Felt a little blindsided when Brian showed me the cost of the extended warranty as now my monthly payment was quite a bit more than the range I had originally gave Josh. Josh was very helpful and patient explaining how to operate all the new options and I left feeling confident about my choice. After speaking to others about extended warranties I do feel that Honda's is not the best. My brother purchased a new Dodge journey and got an extended warranty for $1200.00 which is for the lifetime without a limit of the miles. More

Service transfer case and replace left axle seal Service 12/20 great - Stacey outstanding customer service. Skeptical when 1st called 12/29 in the am and service said they had to check to see if they had parts & would call me back. I called service back in the pm got quite a different message was scheduled next day. On 11/21 & 12/20 it was noted on my vehicle inspection that rear tires were labeled yellow. The tires are less than a year old and I had them rotated after 3,000 miles. Secondly, on both inspection reports it is noted 3 screws are broken off in lower air box is this a major thing? I guess I will look it up in my manual. More
