First, they took the time to put a cover over my new car and wrapped it in a huge, silver bow. I thought they were kidding when they told me that it was indeed my car underneath. You couldn't wipe the smile from my face. The gracious and friendly atmosphere extends everywhere... from the technicians who get you back on the road, to the Service Advisors (special shoutout to Stacey and Josephine) who talk you through any questions you may have, to the personal greetings from their manager, Ryan Frick and on to the first-class sales organization lead by Richard Kruzel. But it all starts at the top with the GM Helder Rosa, who happened to sell me my first two Benz's... and has been in touch with me throughout his meteoric rise to the top. First, the dealership is very nice, clean, and every employee you bump into is willing and ready to help. Ceil is tuned into what you as a buyer are looking for and I am kind of a difficult/particular customer. She is just the right amount of attentive without being pushy.
