The service at Jim Butler was unlike any other dealership I looked at in my search. They were willing to work with me to make sure the payments were manageable with my budget. My recent purchase was the worst experience I have ever had with Jim Butler Chevrolet. I was interested in purchasing a new 2018 Chevy Silverado, a specific one to be exact. I clearly informed the sales person of the conditions under which I could afford the new vehicle. When the sales person presented me with their best sales price, I informed the sales person that I was no longer interested in buying the vehicle. Then the sales person went into heavy sales pitch, pushing and pressuring me, even after I said numerous times that I did not want to buy it and that I wanted to leave. After four hours, I now own a vehicle I do not like and will not buy another vehicle from this dealership. More
