Most Amazing Experience! I live 5 hours from Mel Hambelton Ford. I found a vehicle online I was interested in and I inquired about it. During the inquiry I spoke with Stan Bog I live 5 hours from Mel Hambelton Ford. I found a vehicle online I was interested in and I inquired about it. During the inquiry I spoke with Stan Bogdan who I had never met or even heard of. During this process, he was upfront, honest and easy to deal with. I didn’t feel like he was fluffing or spinning things. We made some verbal agreements via phone and my husband and I made the 5 hour trip to Wichita KS. Now, we have purchased 20+ cars in the last 15 years so we know what to expect.... Coming to this dealership was nothing like I expected. We were greeted upon arrival and after a small 15 minute meeting with Stan all of the things we agreed to via phone was 100% accurate and stayed where we had agreed. No manipulation of numbers or twisting us since we just drove so far. And the normal 4 hours stuck in a dealership haggling over price was NOT their way, we were in and out within an hour and the price was worked out prior to us making the trip. It was easy and a relief knowing what we agreed on was met and everything promised was given. We were checked in on the next day to make sure we made it home ok, asked if we needed anything else and then a surprise came in the mail a week or so later.... We received a tin of fresh cookies! What a great thing to open up and I have NEVER received a thank you like that from any car deal I have ever done. In the future for us it is worth the car to Mel Hambelton Ford before we look elsewhere. Crazy to think a dealership 5 hours from my home has earned my business and I will be a repeat customer. Made a not great situation awesome. We were kind of upside down on our car, and I had been wanted a new one. I had been to two other local ford dealers and was blatantly told what I wan We were kind of upside down on our car, and I had been wanted a new one. I had been to two other local ford dealers and was blatantly told what I wanted / needed couldn't happen. Stan at Mel Hambelton made it happen. I was clear from the beginning I didn't want the normal sales games, and they didn't. He was blunt about my situation and showed my options, and I left with my dream car, other car paid off, and where I wanted on price. Couldn't be happier. More

Super-fast Service Verbally committed to buy a 2017 Ford Explorer day before yesterday. The car needed to have a tow-package added to it and I was leaving town in 36 hou Verbally committed to buy a 2017 Ford Explorer day before yesterday. The car needed to have a tow-package added to it and I was leaving town in 36 hours. Stan had the needed parts sent in overnight, the work was done yesterday AND, as a bonus, it was delivered to my door, at no cost to me even though I live 100 miles from the dealer, via truck/trailer LAST NIGHT. Stan even followed up this morning with a text asking if I had any problems with the night-time delivery and paperwork. Now THAT is service! More

We recently broke down in South Dakota and our repair bill k ept growing we decided to trade for a new pickup but were not happy with the dealership in Rapid city so we called Mel Hambelton Ford in Wichita and t ept growing we decided to trade for a new pickup but were not happy with the dealership in Rapid city so we called Mel Hambelton Ford in Wichita and talked to Stan and agreed to a deal at 9 pm on a Friday night the pickup was prepped with a 5th wheel hitch and a air lift system and delivered to us in Hot Springs South Dakota at 8am Sunday Stan had us call him at home and did everything possible to get us home and make us happy our thanks to him and all the help at Mel Hambelton and Bob the delivery driver they will definitely get our business More
