This was my third visit in the past month and a half when we were ready to purchase a vehicle and Stanley was ready and willing once again to sit down and talk numbers with us. He truly is a great representative of your dealership. He always made me feel welcome when I kept coming back. That’s a really important aspect of customer service. So kudos to you Stanley!! Also what I really thought was a wonderful thing to see was each time I came in, a staff member was cooking on the grill and the employees and customers were welcome to enjoy the food. It felt like a family unit. I also want to say that your service department has always been really kind and I have never felt that stigma of needing repairs that are not necessary as other places may do.
