They always do a good job on my service and have never had any problems Except this last service l was unhappy not at service but how my car came back to me the driver wasn’t observing on what he did he had any problems Except this last service l was unhappy not at service but how my car came back to me the driver wasn’t observing on what he did he took and scooted my seat all the way back, noticing that I have my backseat folded down with things that I am taking on a trip and I had in the floorboard a filing cabinet that when they scooted my seat back they kept pushing till they got my filing cabinet squished up underneath the seat. I wasn’t very un happy at it. I had to go purchase a new one they paid for it, but I’m still not happy over how my seat looks. You can tell that they forced their self up on top of that cabinet and it kind of pushed the material on the seat to where it has loosened it up. I haven’t had a chance to get back to them on that part, they checked it out and tried to tell me everything seemed to look fine, but the whole idea of it is, they had no reason to force that seat all of the way back to the backseat and I can’t imagine someone driving somebody’s car with the seat back like that and knowing what they did really made me very upset, they purchased me a new filing cabinet, but I would have much rather they had forced my seat on top of it and I can’t imagine someone scooting a seat that far back to drive it but they did show. My advice is tell them right off. Do not scoot your seat all the way back into the backseat I will know from now on and what’s bad is I have been there many years and nothing like that has ever happened until my last oil change and they couldn’t even scoop my seat all the way back up they drove the car back around with the scooted all the way back. I know they had to know what they did are either that they were kids and they didn’t care so it makes me wonder. How did they drive my car around to the Service Department because I did have things kind of maneuvered around in my backseat but as for the service my service was good other than what happened to my car seat More

I just want to give a huge shoutout to James Wood for saving me from getting scammed! I took my car with only 5,000 miles on it to a local shop for a simple oil change. They told me I needed a new batter saving me from getting scammed! I took my car with only 5,000 miles on it to a local shop for a simple oil change. They told me I needed a new battery and possibly a starter. That didn’t sit right with me. Even though James Wood is a 30 minute drive, I knew it was worth it. I called them, took my car in, and guess what? After a full check-up, they told me nothing was wrong with my car! 🙌 I’m SO glad I trusted my instincts and went to the dealership, especially since my car is still under warranty. I was being lazy, and that almost cost me $300 I didn’t need to spend. From now on, James Wood is where I’m going even for oil changes. THANK YOU again for being honest and looking out for your customers! More
