When i was looking to buy a car I went to James Woods. I walked around for about 30 minutes looking at cars in the lot and nobody ever came to help. So, I went elsewhere. When I had an issue with my car I walked around for about 30 minutes looking at cars in the lot and nobody ever came to help. So, I went elsewhere. When I had an issue with my car I took it to James Woods knowing that taking to a dealership would be expensive but thought they would be able to correctly diagnos the issue and fix in a timely manner. Nope. They just threw parts at it guessing and cost me thousands in parts, labor and time. I had my vehicle there 3 times for same issue and each time they had the car for weeks. The last time was 2 months. That's when they finally found the issue after all the other trips there and thousands spent. Was never even offered a loaner car. I had my vehicle towed to another shop that fixed the issue in a week and for 9k less than James Woods would have charged. James Woods used to be a reliable family owned business that we always recommend. My family has bought several vehicles there. Since James passing it has gone down hill and now is a business that I tell people to stay away from. More
