Worst customer service ever. Took my Sante Fe in for service for brake lights staying on. I saw the service advisor in my car on his cell phone for several minutes. After waiting Took my Sante Fe in for service for brake lights staying on. I saw the service advisor in my car on his cell phone for several minutes. After waiting outside my car for several minutes, he got out, & did not speak to me, just went to his podium inside. During the whole time he was typing my ticket, he was on his phone, only acknowledging me when it was time to sign. When I called later about my car I was told he tried to call several times, but I received no call. More
