At Midstate Mitsubishi I got the opportunity to meet a great sales team that made my car purchase hassle free. Unlike other dealers where you have to ask to speak for the sales manager after you get in great sales team that made my car purchase hassle free. Unlike other dealers where you have to ask to speak for the sales manager after you get in dead end with the salesman , I was greeted and welcomed by the sales manager when I just walked in the dealership. Mr Stephane Jovin understood exactly what I needed and within few minutes he answered all my questions with a professional manner. He then introduced me to Ryan the salesman who took me to test drive two vehicles. Ryan made sure that I know every feature that the car offered. The financial negotiation with Stephane was clear and honest , he made sure I got the best deal possible by offering me a rebate and a discount. When it comes to sign the paperwork, it was done without any further delay. I do really appreciate the fact that these people care about the customer time , they didn’t play any gimmicks or throw any extra charge on the deal . At the delivery time of my vehicle it was plotless, the gas tank was full and the battery was fully charged. .
