Awesome Experience! I recently leased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Troncalli. Over the years, I have purchased and leased many vehicles and have never had such a pleasura I recently leased a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek from Troncalli. Over the years, I have purchased and leased many vehicles and have never had such a pleasurable experience as this. My sales representative, Stephanie Culver was honest, trustworthy, knowledgable and attentive to my needs. She made the whole experience seem more like a fun and exciting recreational event, rather than the typical car buying experience many dread. Mike Lubanski, the GM and F&I guy gave me some great advice. He definitely had my best interest in mind as he dissuaded me from making a decision that would have potentially cost me a lot more money...And he's a bean counter with a personality to boot...Wow! What more could you ask for?! I gave several other dealers the opportunity to earn my business, one more local to me even had a slightly better price. In the end, I can say without any reservation...Troncalli Subaru is the best!!! More

It was a surreal experience……. Over the years we have purchased 10 new cars and the buying experience ranged from ‘boy did we get taken’ to ‘ that wasn’t too bad’. We have educated ourselves over the years and gone from ‘clueless’ to ‘I smell a rat’. Being skeptics at heart we enter the car buying experience with a certain amount of trepidation because we’ve learned what to expect and are wearily familiar with the car buying ‘dance’. Ok, enough with the quotes and how much we hate car buying. It’s time now for the superlatives. Now we are going to get all like, ya know, like all bubby and stuff? Stephanie and Eric you guys are sooooo awe-some! It was the best experience ev-errrr! Working with these folks was an absolute pleasure. Shout out to Bob, Mike and Michael, thanks. Subaru makes an excellent product and it was just a matter of us deciding what model best suited our needs. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable about the product, patient and thorough. Though we live 70 miles away we are tempted to take the long drive for service. Stephanie and Eric thanks for the dance, we enjoyed it very much. Ron and Lynn Gordy More

We found a car from this dealership on Autotrader.com. We had been in contact with both Stephanie and Tom through emails and phone calls. We planned to drive 114 miles to look and potentially purchase a We had been in contact with both Stephanie and Tom through emails and phone calls. We planned to drive 114 miles to look and potentially purchase a Forester. We called the night before to confirm that the car was still available. We spoke to Stephanie and she said that it was. We told her that we would be arriving between 12-2 the following day. Upon our arriving to the dealership, we saw the car and checked it out. Then, proceeded to go into the dealership where we waited for 10 minutes for someone to help us. When that didn't happen, I waited outside of Tom's office until he recognized me standing there. We told him that we had come to look at the Forester. He replied saying that he sold it that morning. He said he didn't know that we were coming because Stephanie did not tell him of the conversation that she and I had the night before and he sold the car. He even dropped some curse words when he realized the mistake. This was after we drove 114 miles with a 6 and a 3 year old with us. Needless to say, we were very disappointed with our experience and the lacking of professionalism. More

Mike Lubanski gave me a very good trade-in on my Jeep Wrangler and a excellent price on the Crosstrex, Stephanie Culver went over all paperwork in great detail answered all my questions and after deal was done she presented the car to me in a excellent working knowledge of the vehicle setting up the car for me. I highly recommend this dealership of Troncalli Subaru. More
