Mixed review of front bumper repair of leased Honda Civic I would rate my experience with the sales person post-lease as disappointing. Not only did Stephanie not show up for the a scheduled appointment at m I would rate my experience with the sales person post-lease as disappointing. Not only did Stephanie not show up for the a scheduled appointment at my home to examine the damage to my car's front bumper. This forgetfulness was blamed on menopause. We rescheduled and this time she showed up on the scheduled day but, not on time and without a necessary face mask. She did not appear at all aware of "social distancing" needed and required during this corona virus time. The body shop experience was responsive and excellent. I was grateful that as requested the car was delivered to my home upon completion of the needed repair and service. More

Stephanie Hausherr did all the heavy lifting, getting my new car ready and answering all of my questions. She was great. Not sure who the finance guy was, but he was great also! During my new car search I was in contact with 6 different dealerships looking for the best deal on my new car. Three of those were Germain-owned. All 3 were by far the best at responding to my questions and offering transparent pricing. I went with Germain Honda because they quoted and delivered the lowest monthly payment. And then they delivered with outstanding customer service. Thanks everyone!! More

She went above and beyond - going out to the cold to get some papers from my vehicle for me, making sure the mats I wanted to transfer into the new vehicle were washed and put in for me and ready to go when my vehicle was brought around.
