From the moment I arrived, her professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for a seamless visit. Stephanie’s approach to customer service is truly remarkable—she was not only courteous but also incredibly efficient in addressing all my concerns. What stood out most was Stephanie’s ability to communicate clearly about the details of my vehicle’s service. She explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I understood what was being done and why. This level of transparency and clarity is rare and greatly appreciated. She was also proactive in updating me throughout the process, so I always knew what to expect. Without Stephanie’s expertise and dedication, I doubt my visit would have been as smooth or efficient. She genuinely went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of, making what can often be a stressful experience into a pleasant one. Her professionalism and amazing customer service have made me a loyal customer, and I highly recommend asking for Stephanie if you’re visiting. She’s an absolute asset to their team! More

The service was quicker than expected. Someone left an empty box of lug nuts inside my car which has nothing to do with my service. That’s what got the dealer four stars.
