I didn’t have an appointment since my F150 started developing problems a few miles from your deale She was friendly, professional and accommodating. I didn’t have an appointment since my F150 started developing problems a few miles from your dealership and I just pulled in hoping I could leave it to be checked out. She got me checked in, arranged for an Uber to get me home. Stephanie and the tech got my truck in sooner than I expected and she kept me informed on it’s progress. I was able to add a couple things to my work order without a problem and my truck is running great. Overall, a great experience! More
