My experience has been terrible every time I bring my truck there. Vowed to never come back. But circumstances change. And lo and behold nothing changed there at the dealership. They had my vehicle there truck there. Vowed to never come back. But circumstances change. And lo and behold nothing changed there at the dealership. They had my vehicle there for weeks without any contact to myself or my insurance. Claimed their phones were down but the day I went to talk in person they conveniently were fixed right before I got there. Another 2 weeks went by with no contact. Blamed phones again. And they again were “fixed” the day I went up there. It sat so long with nothing done that I had to turn in my rental and struggle to figure out what to do with no vehicle. Do not take your ford to this dealership. The waits are long. The service is terrible. And the costs are crazy. If you do. Yours too might sit for a month without any contact. Worst dealership in the area. Without a doubt. Take yours to Bowditch. More
