Everyone I worked with was super friendly and helpful, Jay and George in particular. They helped me find the exact used car I wanted, and went out of their way to make sure every detail was as good as new Jay and George in particular. They also made sure there was a backup plan in case the car wasn't ready in time for me to drive up to see my family for the holidays, which saved me a ton of stress. More

As a first time car buyer, I was excited for my car but very displeased with the communication by the dealership when it came time for pick up. I purchased a certified pre owned and was only notified at pi very displeased with the communication by the dealership when it came time for pick up. I purchased a certified pre owned and was only notified at pick it up that it did not pass inspection (?!). Furthermore, one of the two keys was missing and they still needed to locate it. Both of these are things that could and should have been communicated ahead of pick up. They made sure to highlight that they were “gassing up” the car for me - it was only 3/4 full. And the complimentary SiriusXM satellite radio did not exist. Overall, they made their sale and were very pleasant, but it feels like they did not put in a great effort after the sale was made. More
