Still waiting for our 2nd key Our Salesman was Super to work with!! However, once the truck was purchased we were suppose to get two electronic keys, and only one has been provided Our Salesman was Super to work with!! However, once the truck was purchased we were suppose to get two electronic keys, and only one has been provided. Two weeks later we still don't have our 2nd key. First we were told they were locating the key. A week later we were told they cannot find the key and replacements would be provided in 3 days. Two weeks later still no key and we are being told they are on back order. Not cool Landers. More

It was all a deceitful/lie. My truck is NOT Plat. Reserve It started out as a wonderful weekend getaway with my family to see my wife's side of her family and pick up me a new trucK. I decided to stop in he It started out as a wonderful weekend getaway with my family to see my wife's side of her family and pick up me a new trucK. I decided to stop in here at around 5 PM and did not leave until around 1030 to 11 PM. I did not notice the Numbers that were told to me did not match up on the buyers sheet until the next day when I am back home 3 1/2 hours. I call and call and call and finally get Jason- and Steven on the phone only to get hung up by Stephen. he pretty much told me that the sales guy can say whatever they want they can shake on whatever they want and it entice any deal however they want but it Hass to go through him before it's all said and done so even though we shook hands and agreed on numbers and they asked me over and over what it would take to get into this truck, come to find out it's not even a truck and they said it was or it's not even a truck that is on the buyers sheet. No one will call me back, no one will answer my phone call, and I don't know what else to do other than legal action or try to get a hold of the owner or GM. I was very respectful and nice throughout this whole process and Stephen started out a really nice guy and until I started questioning his tactics and their tactics and the prices that I agreed-upon and how they were different on the buyers guide, about $2000 more difference, not to mention they didn't even give me what they told me they would give me on my trade-in, I am disgusted that I chose this place over Bob Moore or the other dealers around the area . And by the way, they do not make Limited Edition titans. I thought I was getting the platinum reserve only to find out it's just the SL 4x4. I called from 8 PM to 9 PM and nobody would answer my phone call so that tells you exactly how much they care about their customers and again I will tell you I have been very respectful polite not one curse word was said and Stephen had the nerve to hang up on me just from me asking questions about the vehicle. His reply was " i'm done, I'm done, I'm done click " when I began to question the vehicle itself and the numbers that we all agreed upon. How can you tell a customer that a salesman can tell you whatever they want and shake on whatever they want and do whatever they want but all that is just a tactic? I'm literally mine blown that I shopped around for four weeks and ended up at this dealership that uses deceitful tactics misleading information on vehicles and is very pushy on buying a vehicle. all I can say is, I'm not giving up because the vehicle that is on the buyer sheet and that I was told I was getting the limited addition platinum reserve doesn't even exist there is no limited edition. All I want is to talk to somebody professionally you could handle a conversation like an adult and not hang up when questions get tough. I agreed to give many positive reviews about this place but that was before I actually sat down and went through the numbers and saw the vehicle was not actually the vehicle that I was told I was getting. Stay as far as away as you can from this place, the only respectable and awesome person that I dealt with was Jason. Even though Jason- will not call you back or take your call he at least had enough nerve to hold a conversation with me before saying he had a customer to take care of instead of taking care of the customer that bought A vehicle that was marketed under a different vehicle . Unbelievable! Stephen, when you read this, you know dang well I was very nice to you, not one curse word was said by me, and all I was doing was asking questions about the truck and you interrupted me wouldn't let me talk and said I'm done I'm done and hung up on me like a real mature adult. I hope you are proud on what you did to somebody that just had a baby who was trying to get a bigger vehicle for his wife and three kids, only to be lied to just to get a commission paycheck. There's no morals or compassion for customers here. Only selfish lies that only benefit the employee/salesman, not the customer! More

Al was nice to work with and was knowledgeable of the car I purchased. Stephen was the best to work with on this sale. He was super helpful and respected what I wanted and my price range. When other managers dealt with me they gave me worse offers than him and didn’t seem as personable and helpful as him. He was the reason I took and made the deal. Marcellous was helpful and made sure I understood the financial part of the deal. Overall 9/10 on my experience. More

They had a truck we wanted – paid them their full price and took a beating on the trade-in. The truck was very dirty, and we left it to pick up the next day after they cleaned it. Came back and the truck was still dirty. We ask for a second key and they say we must pay $300 for it. We have never been treated with such disrespect. They tried to make us feel bad they are losing thousands of dollars selling the truck to us. Made to wait hours as they sit around doing nothing. This is the type of experience that earns the “used car salesman” reputation. DON’T GO HERE More

Never worked so hard to buy a car I don't even like. I went in for a test drive of a vehicle i found online. I had my own financing through my bank and they tried very hard (harder than was necessary) t I went in for a test drive of a vehicle i found online. I had my own financing through my bank and they tried very hard (harder than was necessary) to try to get me to fill out a credit app. Because it was late I said I could wait to get the purchase order to my bank in the morning. I gave all info of loan officer to have him do it in the morning. Morning came and went my bank never recieved anything. I called and was assured it would be sent. End of business Friday still nothing so I call and find out what going on. I was passed from person to person and assured "Oh no ma'am so sorry this has happened I'll get it right over". Friday comes and goes the bank closes. I have to drive back to the dealership against my better judgement as i should have cut my losses and went someplace else. My husband really liked the car so we got it. Sent all the things over from the bank and we finally got to take it home. It was missing a trim peice so I was told to bring it back so they could fix the trim peice and detail it. I use my only day off to bring it in. I'm there for hours. They come out to tell me they broke the trim piece and I come back later that afternoon while they go get another one. I do. Again they break that peice. And the "detail" was atrocious! So I have to bring it back again to fix that peice and they can detail for real this time. I drop it off first thing in the morning they give me a loaner car exponentially smaller than my car. I cant even fit all 3 of my kids in the back together. But I take what I can get. They keep it a day and half the price is fixed but the "detail" still not done I run my finger across the front and its filthy. I shouldn't be so hung up on a detail but if I buy a new car and hand you check for 25k you can at least clean the car like new. More

Long and dirty It took 2 hours from the time I was greeted and said I was here to purchase my car. Walking out a little aggravated about the time we spent there but It took 2 hours from the time I was greeted and said I was here to purchase my car. Walking out a little aggravated about the time we spent there but happy with the staff who were very apologetic. On the way home it was a little hard to see out the windshield because of the lack of detail that went into the car. The salesman was great as well as management. Length of time was unfortunate but the detail was unacceptable. Puts a black eye on great business. More
