I'm sorry we left DEF down the side of your truck and around the fuel area after service. Even if the rest of the visit went well, that cleanup should have been handled much better before the truck was returned to you. We'll address this with Dan, Stephen, and the service team so the final inspection reflects the Better Experience you should expect from us.
