First appointment was canceled 10 minutes before appointment. After I left work early and drove from work in Seattle. After rescheduling i had the team rotate my tires. They did not ajust tire press appointment. After I left work early and drove from work in Seattle. After rescheduling i had the team rotate my tires. They did not ajust tire pressure so I had 80 psi in the front and 60 psi in rear. Had to ajust myself after paying for it to be done. More

Got us in twice for drive up needs (no appointment) associated with starter issues. Diagnosed problem and initial recommendations at no charge and then worked with extended warranty company to partiall associated with starter issues. Diagnosed problem and initial recommendations at no charge and then worked with extended warranty company to partially cover starter replacement on second visit.
