The staff does the bare minimum and doesn’t care if you

This was not the first bad experience at Everett Chevrolet service department! It was our last! Just after you did the oil change in our diesel suburban the check engine light came on. We took your service mangers advice and went to another dealer! They not only fixed the Silverado shimmy but they also took care of the check engine and offered a rental car at no charge.
Dan is excellent, and the guy who did the alignment did a
fantastic job on my Ford Interceptor.
